Joining Mize in 2022, Melissa took on the role of Office Manager, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within the Topeka building. From equipment maintenance to handling billing for part of the Mize team, Melissa is the go-to person for all things administrative. She now co-manages the Mize mailroom alongside Ashley Barmann, embracing the dynamic challenges of her role with enthusiasm. Melissa thrives in the collaborative environment at Mize, cherishing the relationships she has built with her colleagues and the opportunity to lead her dedicated team.

Outside of the office, Melissa’s world revolves around her family. She’s a devoted wife and mother to two energetic boys, and they keep her on her toes with their adventurous spirit. Whether they’re camping under the stars, cruising on a boat, tearing up the trails on dirt bikes, or playing basketball, Melissa treasures every moment spent with her loved ones.
