Jacob’s career at Mize began as an audit intern, providing him with a solid foundation in accounting principles and practices. As he continued his education, Jacob entered into a part-time role in the QSR department, where he quickly proved himself as an Associate Manager. He has since become a go-to person for clients, offering expertise in tax planning, accounting services, and consulting. Jacob enjoys working closely with Owner/Operators, finding ways to streamline processes and make their lives easier. He also finds joy in mentoring Next Gen candidates, guiding them on their journey to becoming future Owner/Operators.

Personal:
Outside of work, Jacob enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their dog, often going for hikes and exploring the great outdoors. He is an avid traveler, always eager to embark on new adventures and experiences. Jacob also enjoys playing golf and basketball, as well as cheering on his favorite teams, including the KC Chiefs and K-State sports.
